We start processing as soon as we receive payment. With a traditional bank transfer, this takes longer by the time needed for the payment to be posted.

Dispatch
Once the order has been picked, the parcel is packed and handed over to the courier company. You'll receive dispatch confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery
Delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address — usually within 24h of dispatch.
InPost parcel locker
If you chose delivery to an InPost Paczkomat® parcel locker, the parcel will reach the selected point within 24h of dispatch.
Dispatch confirmation
You'll receive dispatch confirmation, together with the tracking number, at the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.
