Conical shock-absorbing backing plate with hook-and-loop (hook) fastening, 70 mm in diameter. It regulates the range of pressure and cushioning of the polishing element mounted on it. It is designed for polishing small surfaces at risk of overheating and edge burn-through. Available with an M14 screw mount. Works perfectly with mini polishing pads and wool pads.
