How to use

1. Unplug the treadmill from the mains.

2. Clean the space between the deck and the running belt.

3. Shake the can vigorously.

4. Apply the lubricant directly under the belt, on both sides of the treadmill.

5. Repeat the application if necessary.

6. Wipe off any excess with a soft cloth.

7. Switch on the treadmill and let it run at low speed for a while so the product spreads evenly.
