Hard Fibreglass Car Body Filler, Fast 250g

Body parts, especially wheel arches, sills and lower edges, lose their strength over time. They need a material that will not only fill gaps but above all "give them strength".

This is a two-component polyester filler reinforced with fibreglass, created for demanding bodywork repairs. It has excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium, laminates and old paint coatings. It is mechanically resistant, cures quickly and provides a solid base for finishing filler. Ideal for smaller areas and jobs where durability matters.

Directions for use:

1️⃣ Clean and degrease the surface, remove loose rust and dust

2️⃣ Key the surface with sandpaper (steel/laminate P80–P120, aluminium with an abrasive pad)

3️⃣ Mix 100 parts of filler with 2–3 parts of hardener

4️⃣ Apply in thin layers using a flexible spatula, max. 4–5 mm per layer. For thicker repairs, apply further layers once the previous one has fully cured.

5️⃣ After 20–30 min you can move on to sanding with P80–P120 paper
