The product forms a premium caramel-coloured wax coating that instantly insulates the metal from moisture and road chemicals. Ideal for the underbody and cavities, with no compromises and no chance for corrosion!

Underbody protection: undersides, wheel arches, frames, load-bearing parts. Cavity protection: doors, pillars, sills, bonnet interiors and beams. Protection of metal sheets and industrial machinery. Can be used to repair and reinforce existing underbody coatings made of PVC, rubber, bitumen, resin or wax.

Cavity protection: forms a flexible, waterproof coating that penetrates cavities and effectively displaces moisture without damaging plastic, rubber or paint. 

Application: the product is applied directly from the spray can, ensuring convenient and even work. For cavity protection, a nozzle with a hose is used, allowing precise access to hard-to-reach areas. Bitumen-free and meets the requirements of the Finnish standard SFS 4087. Product intended for professional use.

Substrates: metal parts, existing underbody coatings based on PVC, resin, rubber, bitumen or wax, galvanised steel, aluminium, laminates and polyester fillers, old paint coatings, 2K acrylic and epoxy primers.

Note: the cavity nozzle with hose is not included with the product.

How to use - Underbody Protection

Use at a temperature of 10–25°C in a well-ventilated room. Clean and degrease the surface, removing rust, dirt and grease. Shake the can thoroughly before use.

Spray an even layer of the product from a distance of approximately 20–30 cm.

Recommended layer thickness: 300 µm wet / 120 µm dry.

Drying time at 20°C:

Dust-dry: 3–5 hours

Touch-dry: 6–10 hours

Full cure: 24 hours

Note:

Do not use the product on brake or exhaust system components.

Cleaning the nozzle:

When finished, turn the can upside down and press the valve until only propellant gas comes out of the nozzle.

How to use - Cavity Protection:

Use at a temperature of 10–25°C in a well-ventilated room. Introduce the product through existing assembly holes using the nozzle with hose. Spray evenly inside the cavities until the surface is fully covered.

Excess product can be removed with white spirit.

Drying time at 20°C:

Dust-dry: 3–5 hours

Touch-dry: 6–10 hours

Full cure: 24 hours

Cleaning the nozzle:

When finished, turn the can upside down and press the valve until only propellant gas comes out of the nozzle.
